FREE SHIPPING & SHIPPING FEE

Cmallwatch.com Online Store now offers Cambodia free delivery on orders over $100 USD(after discount); For orders under $100USD, Cmallwatch.com Online Store charges $1-$2 in Phnom Penh and $2.5 for Provinces. During Cambodia public holiday festival or special promotion period, Some locations may require additional 1-2 working days for delivery.   

ORDER TRACKING

Your order would be delivered by Timecity or  Express. As soon as your order is ready to delivery, you would receive the delivery confirmation email. For delivery orders , please contact hotline at +855 98 566 115 for tracking your order delivery status.

 

RETURN POLICY

Application for Exchange / Refund (“Application”)

This Application applies to Cmallwatch Online Store. Return and exchange is applicable to the following conditions:

  • Delivered within 7 days;
  • A certified product quality problem;
  • The application must be a product of the same model and the same color as originally purchased;
  • If the product is a discontinued item, Cmallwatch Online Store will offer the customer a refund of the purchased amount;
  • Damage caused by personal accident are not applicable;
  • Application without accompanying required supporting documents or information as stated below (“Supporting Documents”) is not accepted.

 

Supporting Documents for the Application:

  • Photo or video of the defective item;
  • Product with original packaging;
  • Product accessories came with the original packaging;
  • Product warranty card (a clean copy without filling in the information);
  • Delivery invoice;
  • Operation manual;
  • Other information, for example customer’s name, use of coupon/point associated with this transaction if any.

 

Application procedures:

  • Cmallwatch Online Store will arrange collection of the product by a Timecity or Express company.

 

Remarks:

  • Customer may contact our Customer Service hotline at +855 98 566 115 during service hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, Saturday, 9:00 to 12:00).
  • Customer may cancel online orders by sending an email to sales@cmallwatch.com or contacting our Customer Service hotline before receiving delivery confirmation by call or email.
  • In case of dispute, Cmallwatch Online Store reserves the right for final decision.
